Dave's Show hosts concert to benefit MACA

On March 20 at 8 p.m., Dave Evans will present a benefit in Vonore at the Tellico West Conference Center; adjacent to Grand Vista Hotel. Dave's Show, on WRKQ am 1250, is having a 200th anniversary concert in hopes of giving money raised to Monroe Area Council for the Arts. This will put money toward educational programs such as the performances held at Hiwassee College. Evans also hopes to bring out the entertainment in Monroe County with local bands like Dream Catcher, Dixie Highway, Just Krossing, Gary DocFields, Gary Bluenel and possibly others. The bands are also giving their free time this evening to help the Monroe Area Council for the Arts.
People can pay $10 at the door or call Dave Evans at (423) 261-4822 for table reservations.
